Overview:
3 days Marrakech Fes tour via desert – visit Dades gorges – Merzouga Sahara desert – the tour ends at Fes.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Marrakech – Dades
Departure from Marrakech by a comfortable transport 4×4 and English speaking driver; Pick up from the hotel at 7 am through Tizi-n Tichka enjoying the panoramic view of the Berber villages and the snowy peaks of the Atlas, then visit Ait Ben Hadou Kasbah located at the foothills of the southern slopes of the High Atlas in the province of Ouarzazate, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Anti Atlas Mountains and the beginning of the desert of the g reat Sahara in the early afternoon, we will walk along the dades and watching the sunset view and the beautiful landscape of the Dades throat. Then coming to the hotel for having dinner and passing nigh.
Day 2: Dades – Desert of Merzouga
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take the 1001 Kasbas road crossing the oasis of Tinghir along the river to Toudgha throat where you can enjoy an imperial view before lunch then you head to Merzouga to enjoy a camel ride on the giant golden dunes of Erg Chabbi in the light of the contrasts of a fantastic sunset in the middle of the desert. Dinner will be under the stars around the camp fire in the dessert.
Day 3: Mezrouga to Fes
On this day, after having attended the sunrise and had breakfast, we drive to Fez via Er-Rachidia, we cross the famous sculpted throat Ziz in volcanic rocks, continuing to Azrou ( a Berber village in the Middle Atlas Mountains), where we will stop to see the Berber monkeys in the cedar forest. Then we continue to Ifrane where we stop to take photos or a drink before arriving at your accommodation in Fes.
